Medical Mary will email a confirmation that your order has been received.
Your order is sent to our fulfillment warehouse where we get your order ready for shipment.
We ship your order and send you a tracking number. Your order will then be shipped to your shipping address.
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Medical Mary that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
